M006 - Optical Technology Trainer (Location: Europe Preferred)
- Overall minimum 10+ years’ experience and 5+ years’ experience as a Trainer
- Responsible for delivering technical trainings to our Global end customers on transport technologies (SDH, DWDM, OTN, etc).
- Responsible for creating content for training.
- Conduct both web-based and in classroom trainings.
- Good knowledge of SDH, DWDM, OTN, ASON, ROADMs, WSS, Control Plane, OTN switching, Flexi Grid systems & Submarine/Terrestrial Systems.
- Must have the ability to communicate excellently in English language both verbal and written.
M017 – E Learning Developer
- Technical Background (M Tech, B Tech, BE etc).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- End to End E-Learning Development role, proficient in technical script writing, professionals who is in creation, demonstrate technical trainings and online content.
- Produce e-learning and instructional videos based on storyboard and/or course design documents using tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and others.
- Should be good and have experience in Graphic designing.
- Ethernet and IP network is an added advantage.
M023 – Optical Network Services (Location – India)
- Min 7+ years working with field deployment team and service partners is desired.
- Perform advanced provisioning and troubleshooting activities, and network software upgrades
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance, and to act as a trainer/mentor to deployment technicians working in the field.
- Leads the Turn-Up, Commissioning and Testing, provides technical leadership in deployment project and run maintenance windows.
- Advanced knowledge of one or more major OEM product lines.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
M024 – Network Engineering - IP (Location – India)
- Atleast 10+ year of relevant experience
- Certifications: CCNA or NRS-1, CCNP or NRS-2 or any other equivalent vendor certification
- Good understanding of layer-2 and IP networks; routing protocols- OSPF or ISIS, BGP; MPLS protocols- LDP or RSVP; L2 VPNs and L3 VPNs; Segment Routing, BGP-EVPN; QoS
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Implements upgrades of Customer’s In-Service Optical (Layer 2) and IP networks, Node Insertions, Traffic Migrations; PDI for Customer modernization plans etc
- Create and own Engineering Method of Procedures (EMOP) and deliver Network Engineering documentation for Customers
M026 – SME Learning Services – Location - India
- Atleast 5+ year technical experience
- CCNA or NRS-1, CCNP or NRS-2 or any other equivalent vendor certification
- Good knowledge of layer 3 technologies (R&S, MPLS, MPLS-TP, VLANs, etc.), routing protocols- OSPF or ISIS, BGP etc
- Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a value addition (SD-WAN, SD-Edge, Benu, Versa, SDN, VNF, VMWare-based installations and management)
- Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Writing or content development exposure
M027 – Curriculum Manager (Learning Manager)
- Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in technical training and/or technical content design and development.
- Certification related to networking or telecommunications is preferred such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JCNA, JCNP etc.
- Expertise in Networking in core Routing/Switching technologies and protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, IGRP, G.8032, MPLS-TP).
- Good knowledge of instructional designing with wide experience in strategizing, conceptualizing, creating, and delivering training content, specific trainings based on Layer-2 and Layer-3 technologies.
- Ability to manage a large product training program’s content strategy and design.
M028 – Detailed Network Design and Engineering
- Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (CS,EE), or relevant equivalent work experience.
- Min 5+ years working in Network design and planning.
- Deliver and own Network Engineering documentation for Customers via the detailed network design and engineering.
- Work with engineering consultants and the customer and generate quality detailed High and low-level design documentation covering network design requirements such Signal Flow diagrams, Rack Layout, Wavelength planning, Defining commissioning parameters etc.
- Advanced knowledge of one or more major OEM product lines (Nokia, Ciena, ADVA, Infinera, Cisco), possess a strong technical aptitude, and have a desire to learn new products and technologies.
- Strong expertise in L0, L1 and L2 Optical Technologies such as OTN, DWDM, Ethernet etc.
M029 – Project Manager – Location – India
- Technical Degree; BS or MS in Engineering or Science.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in telecommunication industry.
- Global Optical transport network deployment project management experience.
- Hands on exposure in optical technology such as DWDM, Carrier Ethernet etc.
- Knowledge of OEM products CISCO/Nokia/Ciena.
- Comfortable working in US Eastern time zone.
- Remote Working.
M034 – IP Technology Trainer
- Overall minimum 10+ years’ experience and 5+ years’ experience as a Trainer
- Responsible for delivering technical trainings to our Global end customers on IP Technologies (IP/MPLS, SP Network, SDN etc)
- Responsible for creating content for training.
- Primarily trainings will be delivered remotely.
- Good knowledge of IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, Segment Routing, L2-L3 VPN, SDN, SDWAN, SP Network etc.
- Must have excellent communication skills with expert level command on English language (both verbal and written).
M035 – 3D Designer
- Overall minimum 3+ years’ experience in 3D modelling , design, 3D immersive development etc
- Ability to develop high-quality 3D modular models from scratch, working with the CTO organisation.
- Ensure the optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of 3D Models.
- Strong expertise in leading 3D design tools such as Auto desk, Maya, Fusion 360 etc.
- Experience creating 3D models with very fine details such as for Automobile, Industrial, Medical machinery products and also in building 3D environment such as in interior design, real estate is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills with advance level command on English language (both verbal and written).
M036 – Unity Developer
- Overall minimum 3+ years’ experience in Unity content development and programming.
- Strong ability with C# object-oriented programming language and experience with 3D assets (ex: meshes, animations, materials)
- Experience in profiling and optimizing application and render performance (GPU and CPU)
- Understanding of UX design process, and experience working with UX development team
- Experience with SCCS (source code control system) such as Git in a multi-developer team environment
- Experience working in creating simulations for Industrial, Manufacturing, Real estate environments
M038 – Technical Editor – Location – India
- Degree in English Literature is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and outstanding written communication skills.
- Hands on experience of reviewing and editing technical documents for correctness of template including content, layout and fonts.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience – Telecommunication. Overall 7+ years of experience.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Trello, MS PPT, various style guides etc.
- Ability to work in cross cultural environment with global teams in diverse time-zones.
- Leading English communication industry certifications are preferred.
